  • A lightly oxidized huang jin gui with a short roast to produce a caramelized aroma, a clean mouthfeel and a beautifully floral cup. This tea was the result of a three year experiment to create lightly oxidized huang jin gui with a full body mouthfeel. This lot was made by Mr. Lin Rui Fu in the fall of 2020 in Anxi, Fujian province. The key to achieving this full body character is performing the kill-green at midnight and a short, high-temperature roast on day where the weather's just right (not too hot, not too cold) to finish it. This tea is roasted at 130°C, which is higher than most others do because you can ruin the tea, but Mr. Lin is not afraid.

  • Premium white tea from Fujian region of China infused with the taste of ripe pears. Warm and sugary aroma, like a freshly baked pear, with a pear skin crisp finish. Wonderfully smooth and rounded, perfect hot or iced.

  • Tea treats of the leafy sort! This 'cookie' is white peony leaves pressed into a small square shape for easy transport. The aroma is fresh, with the classic Bai Mu Dan notes of cucumber and sweet melon. Tasty as it is novel, this is a great tea for travel and for impressing your friends not yet initiated into the world of finer teas. Easy to brew, and wonderful to sip.

Perfect for an afternoon tea boost!
  • White tea from the Fujian province of China. White Peony, known locally as Pai Mu Tan, is a delicate tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening. The latest medical findings suggest that white tea may be a more effective cancer fighter than even green tea. These findings have brought white teas to a much wider audience. If you are beginning your exploration of white tea, our 'White A' Cappella' tea will serve a wonderful introduction.

  • Take a sip of summer in a cup with our White Strawberry Basil! Refreshingly light and sweet, this infusion is sure to tingle your taste buds. The bright flavors of strawberry mingle with the roundness of basil make a perfect combo brewed both hot or iced.

  • The moniker 'berry' is actually misleading, for the raspberry is actually a cluster of drupelets around a central core. When picked, the drupelets detach from the core, unlike true berries, which stay attached. However, you're sure to remain attached to our Raspberry Green tea, which combines the sweetly tart flavor of red raspberries and premium green tea from China.

  • The sweetest jasmine tea literally save my life. (I invite you to a tea session to hear my testimony of how with this tea I am walking in freedom from a health crisis.) The pearl shapes softens the steeping, but the large quantity of buds provides some bright and energetic character to the traditional floral flavor. These are the hight quality pearls. In China this particular style of pearls is referred to as "liang xun ti, which can be translated as "twice scented, one soaring / flying". It is jasmine scented two times, each time followed by a light roasting. The roasting helps the leaf to absorb the jasmines aromatics. The third and final scenting uses a particularly high quality jasmine flower without any final roasting.
  • This tea from Guangxi Province is made up of young, downy leaves. It is medium-bodied, aromatic, and sweet with strong, floral notes. This is a potent jasmine. Good for multiple steeps. In China, this tea might be called Jasmine Xue Hao, referring to young / small downy leaves which deliver the most delicate nuance to any cup.
